3. Working with shops and salvage yards to inspect vehicles
and handle supplements
4. Handling breakdowns and coordinating with repair
shops to see other possible hidden damages
5. Talking with insured's and explaining the claim process
and review the status of their vehicle
6. Managing time, travel in order to get the most out
of the day and reduce cycle times
7. Working independently and negotiating cost with repair
shops managing all issues as required
8. Handle deadlines effectively and efficiently with
focus on accuracy and customer service
